What to Expect:

During this session, participants will:

  • Experience Yoga: Learn yoga techniques to calm the mind and energize the body. Suitable for all skill levels.
  • Practice Mindfulness: Engage in guided meditations and mindfulness exercises to enhance emotional well-being and stay present.
  • Interactive Activities: Participate in fun and engaging activities designed to promote relaxation and mental clarity.

Important Information:

  • Arrival: Please bring your children to the session to register them. We need to collect contact information from a parent or guardian for emergency purposes.
  • Snacks and Water: We will provide light snacks and water to keep everyone refreshed.
  • Clothing: Wear comfortable, layered clothing suitable for both indoor activities and outdoor breaks.
  • Yoga Mat or Towel: If you have a yoga mat feel free to bring it or a beach towel.
