Join us for the Mental Health Alternatives Summer Camp Series, a unique and transformative program for boys and girls aged 10-18. Over four exciting sessions, our expert practitioners will guide us through fun activities aimed toward nurturing their minds, bodies, and souls.

Yoga for Calm and Focus

Crystal Healing and Bracelet Making

Learn about different crystals and their properties, and create your crystal bracelet to carry these positive energies with you.


Mindfulness and Meditation

Through guided meditations and exercises, participants will learn to stay present, reduce anxiety, and improve their emotional well-being.

Positive Self-Talk and Self-Care

Empower yourself with the tools of positive self-talk and self-care. Our sessions will focus on building a positive mindset, enhancing self-esteem, and developing healthy habits that support mental and emotional health.

Connecting With Nature

Reconnect with nature through the practice of forest bathing. Participants will spend time in a nearby wooded area, engaging in sensory experiences that promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Foods that Heal

Explore the connection between nutrition and mental health. Learn about foods that boost mood, energy, and overall wellness.
